Benefits of a private psychological practice

Payment

Psychotherapy according to the Natural Health Practitioner Act is a private healthcare service and is not covered by statutory health insurance providers.

If you hold private health insurance or supplementary coverage, partial or full reimbursement may be available depending on the specific terms of your policy. Reimbursement is subject to the conditions and scope of your individual insurance agreement.

Please clarify any potential reimbursement with your insurance provider prior to beginning therapy. In the event of coverage, you will be issued a partial invoice based on the the fee schedule for Heilpraktiker.

Please note that the full cost of treatment remains your personal responsibility, irrespective of whether or to what extent your insurance provider offers reimbursement. Invoices are payable in full within 14 days of issuance, regardless of any pending or approved reimbursement.

Cancellation and No-Show Policy

Appointments are reserved exclusively for you. There are no walk-in clients or waiting times in the waiting room. If you need to reschedule an appointment, please contact me at least 24 hours in advance. In the event of a cancellation within 24 hours or a no-show, a cancellation fee of 75 Euros will be charged.

I offer both in-person appointments at my private practice at Münchner Straße 6, 82237 Wörthsee and online therapy sessions via a certified, secure video platform.

Online sessions are a flexible and effective alternative—particularly suitable if you travel often, prefer the comfort of your home, or find commuting challenging
